PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
A private sound healing session is a gentle, energy based vibrational technique that can be used for many conditions and life situations including stress reduction, anxiety, depression and grief. It is also an excellent way to bring and keep the body, mind and spirit in perfect harmony and balance. An individual session will begin with a brief conversation to help set an intention and to create a uniquely tailored experience for the client’s needs. The client then lies on a specially designed padded table surrounded by singing bowls and is invited to drift effortlessly into a state of complete relaxation. Warm water therapy, aromatherapy and crystals are included. The session also includes time for integration, reflection and journaling if desired.
Private sessions are 60-85 minutes in length and start at $85. (Please wear loose, comfortable clothing free of buttons, zippers or other accessories that may make contact with the singing bowls.)
COUPLES SESSIONS
Couples sessions make the perfect romantic date night with your special person. Couples begin the session by lying side by side on thick, comfortable, natural cotton mats surrounded by flickering candlelight. The singing bowls are placed on and around the body and played for relaxation and harmony. Warm water therapy, aromatherapy and crystals are included. The session includes time for integration and reflection.
Private sessions are 90 minutes in length and are $120. (Please wear loose, comfortable clothing free of buttons, zippers or other accessories that may make contact with the singing bowls.)
PARTNER
SESSIONS
Bring your mom or dad, your sister or brother, your bestie or kiddo for a fun and unique partner experience. Partner sessions are tailored to your specific relationship and needs. Warm water therapy, aromatherapy and crystals are included.
Partner sessions are 60 minutes in length and are $85. (Please wear loose, comfortable clothing free of buttons, zippers or other accessories that may make contact with the singing bowls.)
PRIVATE SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
From friends/family outings to bridal showers to mother’s blessings… sound healing can be a beautiful and powerful way to bring people together. Each private group session is tailored to your group’s individual needs and includes warm water therapy, aromatherapy and crystals. Have your own ideas of what that might look like? Let’s create something special together just for your group.

Sound healing is a powerful tool to incorporate into any retreat or workshop you may be planning. From yoga retreats to corporate events, I have years of experience integrating singing bowls into many different modalities and environments. PRIVATE SINGING BOWL LESSONS
Do you already own a singing bowl and are not quite sure what to do with it? Are you a yoga teacher, coach or therapist with access to singing bowls and not quite sure how to incorporate them into your practice? I offer private lessons to help you learn to play the singing bowls appropriately as well as how to use them most effectively in your own personal/spiritual practice and with your students and clients.
